Five walked out of the wreckage
Standing with a faction changes what it'll sell you, tell you, and let you near. All five confirmed groups are AI — this is a PVE server, and the fight is against the world these factions hold, not against other players.
The Coalition
Multinational peacekeepers holding NWAF. What began as a relief deployment now looks a lot like an occupation.
People's Front
Chernarus's own military remnant. They don't trust the Coalition, and they don't buy the official story either.
Chernarus Police
Split down the middle. Loyalists hold the line downtown. A corrupt cell runs its own rackets out of Electro.
The Collectors
No uniform, no allegiance. Whoever's strongest holds the island — and the black market flowing out of it. The on-ramp to anything beyond Chernarus, running logistics infrastructure nobody handed them — see Castellan.
The Medics
Running triage on what's left. They know more about how this started than they're willing to say.
"Record withheld."
Uncorroborated survivor accounts describe a sixth party in full protective equipment, operating with hazmat coding, first observed before the public emergency was even declared. Existence unconfirmed. Nothing further is on record.
How standing works
Reputation with a faction is earned in-game and shapes what that faction will trade, share, or tolerate from you. It doesn't carry weight anywhere else.
